Ad Optimization: Your Ads Aren’t Working and Here’s Why ft. Joe Fitzpatrick
So much is spent on ads that it's a no-brainer to invest in ad optimization. Embracing experimentation and learning from failures is essential for long-term success in performance marketing. Experiment Nation's Tracy Laranjo spoke with Joe Fitzpatrick about reasons why your ads aren't working and what you can do about it.
Here’s a preview:
“…experimentation is the lifeblood of Performance Marketing. The thing that I see that companies struggle with is the fact that they find something that works, they do it to death, they can only do that and they've only spent their money doing that. Whenever that stops working or hits a ceiling, they're like, “Where next?” and they don't know. Then they're really struggling to hit that next goal because they haven't experimented.”

How do CROs stay up to date with new industry tools?
Not too long ago, we asked the CRO / experimentation community how they kept up to date with new tools in the industry (e.g. ab testing tools, calculators, etc.). They said this: By far, Peers were the biggest source of information - over half of respondents. So keep up to date on the latest tools by joining Experiment Nation’s Slack channel where you can connect with hundreds of experimenters and ask all sorts of questions in a safe environment.
The Certified CROs of the week
Congratulations to the amazing CROs for recently passing Experiment Nation's CRO Qualification Exam!

Nominate a CRO!
We’re collecting nominations for the top must-meet experimenters of 2023. Those who love to connect with others, freely share their advice, and introduce people to others - without the attitude. If you know someone who should be on this list - nominate them!
Voting ends when the diversity of the nominations represents that of the larger community - so remember to nominate underrepresented folks who would be otherwise overlooked as well.
