Submit your questions! (We dare you)
Koalatative‘s Gerda Thomas and Experiment Nation‘s Rommil Santiago are cooking something new! We will answer ANONYMOUS questions from the CRO / Experimentation community in a new YouTube series.
If you have ANY questions you’ve always wanted to ask but were too shy to ask, here’s your chance. There are NO stupid questions. NO topic is too spicy. Ask as many as you’d like. We’ll give you the raw, unpolished truth. (I hope we don’t regret it)
CRO Toolkit: Our new test organizer
We just added our Test Organizer Template to our CRO Toolkit. It’s a simple, structured way to plan smarter experiments, reduce chaos, and keep your team aligned.
If you want to try it out, you can copy our Airtable base and customize it to fit your company’s workflow. Perfect for Product Experimenters and CRO teams who want to get their processes up and going quickly.
It includes
a database of your tests
an intake form
a calendar view
program reporting

🎯 CRO Tip of the Week: Create a more impactful testing roadmap with this framework featuring Edmund Beggs
Structure your testing roadmap by categorizing experiments not just by metric gains, but by the mind-shift they create for your visitors.
Many teams run experiments that tweak visuals or wording, but stop short of changing how visitors think about their offer or flow. By explicitly classifying experiments into “mind-shift” vs “incremental improvement” buckets, you can:
Prioritize the tests with the highest disruptive potential
Build a roadmap that mixes big bets with safe wins
Communicate the test strategy more clearly to stakeholders
How to apply this:
Audit your current tests and label each as Mind-Shift (changes how the visitor views your value) or Incremental (tweaks to existing perception).
Ensure your next 3-5 tests include at least one Mind-Shift experiment.
Report results with both the delta (e.g., +12 % conversion) and the type of shift achieved (e.g., repositioned value-prop).
If you’re stuck in “UI tweaks” mode, take a step back and ask: Which of my tests truly changes how my user sees the value (Mindset), what they do (Behaviour), or the context in which they decide (Environment)? Use the answer to refocus.
